P?
I want a group motivator for a primary focus, like using chants.
So should I go P/W or P/Me
P/W has good defense chats, but P/Me has stuff like echo, and interuption chants.

If you want party defense, go P/W and be an imbagon, no question there.
Otherwise, go P/Me for things like Cry of Frustration and all that.
Really though, it's up to you, they both have their capabilities.

If you're playing PvE, theres really no reason for you to NOT play imbagon, unless you don't have factions for whatever reason. If you don't have r1 kurz, take an hour or two to do it, it's really worth it.

80% damage reduction up half the time is still insane.

R1 is 4 seconds now. But even when it was 3 seconds it was still effective.

P/W is the Best option. Like the others have said, imbagon is a nice build to use.

I wouldn't use Echo on a para. When I'm not imbagonning, I rarely use my secondary (and if I do it's warrior usually). I know a common PvP setup for a para utilizes Cry of Frustration for interupting, but for PvE this isn't really neccessary.
If you're wanting to be a Motivation minded para (and don't want to Imbagon), I'd recommend using either a cruel spear or song of purification build (or if you dno't mind constantly casting refrains on people The Power is yours isn't bad).

In PvE P/W is the way to go simply because of SY, whether u run imbagon or not.
On the otherhand, /Me is mostly useless. Echoing chants is a bad idea, imo, because ur wasting ur elite. If you want motivation support, there are several elites in that line that will do a better job then allowing you to repeat a non elite.

he meant no good reason. there aren't any builds that even compare to the imbagon. its not like you go from ridiculous to really good, you go from ridiculous to a splinter platform.

You're right-there aren't any builds that can compare to the imbagon in terms of putting out team defense.
However, there are times when Imbagon is inappropiate, like doing things in NM and/or already having a source of SY ('cause lets face it, 2 sources of SY is just being lazy and unneeded). In which case it's good to know what other builds you can run and be effective in a team.
Plus imbagon does get old after a while. It's good to change things up a bit.
